Choate Family We ordered delivery through DoorDash on 1/4/26 (a large pepperoni pizza and a large chicken caesar salad). Unfortunately, a small mistake happened during packaging and our dressing was left out. After receiving no response from the dasher, we called the store. Both the employee who answered the phone and the manager were incredibly friendly and extremely understanding - even after we mentioned that calling about salad dressing felt rather silly. Without hesitation, they offered to personally bring the dressing so we could enjoy our dinner. Less than 15 minutes later, the manager himself showed up at our door with the caesar dressing, complimentary bread knots, and a sincere apology. This level of customer service is truly outstanding and memorable. We will absolutely continue ordering from Roma’s and look forward to enjoying their service in person as well. Highly recommend!

Silver Backtitan We were looking for a Korean restaurant and found this on Google maps with very high reviews and this restaurant did not disappoint at all was very happy with the amount of condiments that were provided inside dishes It was freshness to all of the dishes and also the kimchi vegetables were very well done. The Korean fried chicken was delicious and the house sauce and the hot and spicy sauce were also very delicious. The other corn cheese was good would have liked to have a bit more but it was good and the spring rolls were also good.

Tina Scott Mario’s Italian is a true treasure! Every dish was bursting with flavor! Spaghetti with Meat Sauce had perfectly cooked pasta with a rich, hearty meat sauce. Chicken Milanese was crispy, tender, and beautifully seasoned, topped with a delectable lemon-caper sauce. Fettuccine Alfredo was incredibly rich and silky, one of the best Alfredo sauces I’ve ever had. Parmesan Stuffed Tomato, an amazing standout! Perfectly roasted with a savory Parmesan topping that melted beautifully and added the perfect burst of flavor. The service was pleasant and attentive, the prices were excellent for the quality and portion sizes, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting with live entertainment singing timeless classics that created the perfect dining ambiance. To make it even more special, Owner Moe personally makes his way to each table, greeting guests and making everyone feel like family. His hospitality is unmatched and adds a personal touch you won’t find anywhere else. Mario’s is an absolute Tyler gem with its authentic Italian cuisine, welcoming atmosphere, and heartfelt service. Highly recommend!

Allen Shelton With a lot of competition in the area, I was certainly impressed by the quality of the food. I got a lot of top notch BBQ for $23. This was my first time there and I definitely want to come back! The brisket was out of this world. Seriously, some of the best Ive ever had. And, Ive had a lot. The ribs were tasty and the sides were phenomenal. The Gouda cheese sausage was off the charts. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Sabrina Holmes This was our second visit to this location. Great customer service. Great food. The fried green tomatoes are so good. The onion Rings are great for sharing. The bang bang shrimp tacos are very good. The steak salad is delicious.
