Stopped by the Applebee’s in Brownsville, TX and had hands-down the best service I’ve ever received at any Applebee’s, and honestly at most restaurants. Chrissy was my bartender and she absolutely crushed it.
From the moment I sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the experience great. She made recommendations and upsold me—and let me be clear—every single suggestion was 100% worth it. Drinks were on point, food was perfect, and her timing and energy were flawless.
You can tell when someone truly knows their job and takes pride in it—Chrissy does exactly that. She turned what could’ve been a normal stop into a standout experience I’ll remember.
