Phyllis Vaughan Enjoyed another wonderful supper at Trail Boss! My husband and I discovered Trail Boss about two years ago and continue to return again and again. I love that I can enjoy real vegetables paired with quality protein. My husbands go-to tavorite is the chicken-fried steak, made with top sirloin and very little gristle-always tender and delicious. This visit, I decided to branch out and try the salmon, along with my favorite brussels sprouts and sautéed spinach. The salmon had a unique and flavorful twist with a lime cilantro cream sauce. Trail Boss isnt just our regular spot-we take everyone who joins us in Bandera here first. Visiting with manager Corey Morgan is always a pleasure; his conversations are as enjoyable as the food. He also shared the great news that theyre now offering lunch specials, similar to their sister restaurant in Kerrville. We were especially blessed to have Kinsey as our waitress last night. Her smile, positivity, and joyful heart truly made our evening even better. An all-around excellent experience once again!

On a recent November night, we piled in once again, drawn back by Chef Wade Burch’s unbeatable combo of chef-curated dishes, craft cocktails, fabulous wines, and a come-as-you-are vibe thats equal parts Napa charm and Texas comfort. We started with Candied Bacon and Deviled Eggs, thick, smoky bacon glazed with just the right sweet-heat, paired with creamy deviled eggs. Then moved on to "The Award winning WBs smash style Burger". It never disappoints, juicy short-rib & brisket blend, melted American cheese, pickles, and that soft bun. The wine list punches way above its weight! The selections are thoughtful (heavy on Napa and Sonoma) and pair perfectly with everything from the burger to the fish special. In a city full of chains and flashy newcomers, WB’s Table is the spot we keep choosing, because the food slaps, the vibe is unbeatable, and Chef Wade and his team treat every guest like family. See you this weekend… probably twice (Sunday Brunch!).

Amanda Blackwell We were seated immediately. Isaiah was our server and he was amazing. He had multiple tables and he kept up with every one of them. He was friendly and never let our glasses get empty. My honey lime salmon was delicious. The potato skins were very tasty. If you find yourself around, stop in, ask for Isaiah, have some potato skins and one of the many entrees they offer. The atmosphere is fun.

Andrew Priest The best onion rings Ive ever tasted! The burgers were HUGE and very filling, and the grilled fish was expertly seasoned. We will definitely be eating here again next time we come to Brookeland.

Christian Curnel Kyree was fantastic!! She checked on us repeatedly, made sure our drinks were never empty and made some great suggestions! She also helped my pregnant wife get a great seat and her demeanor was so awesome! Will definitely ask for her next time!
