Braceros Downtown - (Near Amarillo, TX)

4 /5 Pinny Bee: Fun Mexican vibes with live music. The taste of the food is pretty good but lagging of presentation. I ordered my favorite dish which is molcajete that I had it many many times somewhere else. They are better than here. The sauce they use here is different, creamy but also good. The pestle they used wasn’t even hot anymore by the time they served. It missed the whole presentation of the dish. They only have meat and few vegetables. The server was very nice and very helpful. We had a great time there.

4 /5 Kyle Riley: This location is truly noteworthy. It lends itself well to group events and solo excursions alike. The ambiance throughout is characterized by a lively Mexican food vibe. Situated in the downtown area, its merely a stones throw from the bustling Polk Street nightlife. I strongly recommend it.

2 /5 Lucus Morgan: Just walked in at eight fifty five was told by one server that that they were closed. I went to leave and seen the san luad door that they didnt close till ten oclock, returned, asked another person and they said that they were open sat down, ordered food.The second person was great.Love.The atmosphere the first person I couldnt believe she just didnt want to work that bad.

5 /5 Jocelyn Perez: We had such a good time! Amazing Server she was attentive and recommended the best (wish I had got her name). We had 2 orders of fajitas for two combinations came out sizzling and so good… my kiddos over 21 had some great drinks and shots! We stayed across the street at the Courtyard which is absolutely convenient. David is the best at the front desk!

2 /5 Amy Adams: My husband and I attended a company dinner at Braceros and while the food was okay, once it came, the wait staff kept forgetting my drinks and gave my husband the wrong food. I do realize, and I want to admit that it had to have been hard for the wait staff that night. We had the upstairs to ourselves because it was a company dinner. It was loud and crazy, so with that in mind, I think that the wait staff did the best they could. Its pretty run down and the womens bathroom upstairs, the door does not shut. As in even latch let alone lock. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and it was disgusting. I want to say again that the wait staff did the best they could, and I know that some of my husbands coworkers were drunk and obnoxious. They do need to do some repairs to the womens bathroom and maybe better bug control. There should have never been a dead or alive cockroach in the bathroom. That means there are many others in that restaurant.
