5 /5 Ynotdat: We moved to longview about two month’s ago, and one of the first places we tried was bubba’s. We’ve been 3 or 4 times since, and everytime is as good as the last. Service is quick, staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food is never cold or even lukewarm. We had a manager come out and greet us at our table the first time, and she has remembered us every time since. The beer is always ice cold too, i should mention.
The vibe is absolutely amazing too, it feels like the people there genuinely love their job, and the place is always lively when we go in. I very much recommend their fire fries and their spinach dip, both are phenomenal.
