The Tuscan filet and shrimp with spinach had all the makings of a delicious meal, everything was cooked perfectly, but the sauce was a fail. Roasted garlic cream sauce was runny and just flavorless. It’s all about the sauce! Fortunately, service was great and I came home with my favorite cannoli cake for two

1 /5 Bone Daddy: After being a loyal customer for all these years , me and my wife will not be eating here anymore. Come on guys !!! We arent in a crisis !!! Everything has been reduced in size ,you would think our plates were a kids menu ! And you have raised the prices of everything ! Supply prices go up ....i understand ! My chicken parmesan was half the size its always been.... and by HALF i mean like it was also cut in half sideways. Sliced cheese , and tasted like cardboard. Thank goodness my wifes plate fared a little better. 70 bucks tip included for what we were served was the last time we set foot in there.

3 /5 Jennifer: Poor Carrabas has really fallen since post covid. Barely 2 entrees on the menu under 20 with one side. I didnt take a picture of the menu, but nothing online even compares to the menu we were given. My $19.49 lasagna tasted like a frozen lasagna or Sysco food, with fresh marinara over the top. Who does that, the sauce hadnt even rendered down. I was able to choose soup or salad and the caesar was fine. I really wanted to try a homemade lasagna with the sauce baked in. Sigh. My husband ordered a fettucine dish with sliced meat and shrimp, closer to $27, and he liked it. The best part of our dinner was the herb and oil mix served along side bread, (which is different now also.) The promoted dessert was a frozen mousse, that should have never been created. Each bite, that didnt melt into the consistency of a spilled milkshake, was followed by a cloying texture in your mouth that is unpleasant. Im a big baker and chocolate lover, and I left it on the plate. Please chef, put the mousse in a dessert cup and serve it chilled. This was not pleasant. Sadly, our server was distracted. I wont say her name, because she wasnt good nor horrible- just robotic. Thats the best I can say. We received our orders, but there was no conversation or genuine smile. She was going through the motions or it felt like she sized us up as soon as we said we didnt want appetizers or cocktails. They had a special to order a take out entree for $10, so we ordered 2 for our kids at home. Lasagna (i could only buy something of same or lesser value) and chicken Marsala (my favorite). She sadly forgot to offer us a side so we received lasagna and a cup of soup, and chicken marsala which was literally 1 breast of pounded chicken with 10 mushrooms on top. I have never felt so cheated. To add insult to an extremely overpriced meal $95 without tip!, We received the wrong ticket at the end and had to find the waitress to correct her mistake. This was our date night place pre-covid. Sadly, We wont be back when I can make the same meals for 1/10th of the price and know they are prepared from scratch. It was Saturday at 1:45pm.
