Cask & Cork - (Near Amarillo, TX)

Richard Garcia I called it Ida Mae Browns but I was being silly. The food was delicious!! I had the catfish, it was very good thick meat and Ibwas able to eat withoit tartar sauce can the breading was seasined right!!! The candied yams were da bomb and the cabbage was to die for!!! My wife had the smothered pork chops and the portion was big. We will return if we are in the area.

Drew C We loved it! Don’t trust the negative reviews! Probably from jealous competitors. Great atmosphere, great service and great food! Loved the smoked chicken. For those complaining about the sauce on the table, I don’t disagree. But, ask for regular bbq and problem solved. It’s delicious. 2nd visit - good service and atmosphere. The smoked chicken was sooooo dry. I should have sent it back but I hate doing that. Decent flavor but hard to eat. Fries were great.

Crystal Tan Hubby and I were so glad to have dined here. He ordered a steak and Inordered the fried gizzards and the boudin. The Gizzards were yummy. The batter was flavorful (not just salty) and the gizzards tasted fresh (not old, like it had been in the fridge for long), thus, it’s not rubbery and didn’t hurt my jaw (and teeth). Perfectly done. I didn’t like the boudin though. It is not as flavorful as I expected (having had boudin in numerous places in Texas). The place and ambiance is great. A very relaxing and enjoyable place to dine. The place has a bar which was just too high (as the seats appear to be short in height). Overall, we love the restaurant and definitely recommend it. We will definitely be coming back.

WILL B Feed my entire family less 25.00. Bought chips and buns grocery store. Made 8 sandwiches. Best barbecue I have ever eaten. Great staff. Try once and you will never eat barbecue from another location.

Von Wain In town for a business meeting and was recommended this place. Absolutely great food and staff. Whenever Im back in town this will be my 1st and last stop in and out.

yarely rojas Very cozy atmosphere, it was small with an antique vibe. Ordered a pineapple mimosa and eggs Benedict. The pineapple pairs well with the drink. The potatos were delicious, the poached eggs were perfect, very soft and runny. The sauce was spicy. The service was great, very attentive staff and great recommendations. The price wqs great, we found it to be cheap. It gets hot by the windows, the building has older windows, thankfully it was still early in the day so it wasnt very hot. I really enjoyed this place, feels like a historic gem. It is small, the tables are very close together.
