CAVA - (Near Sugar Land, TX)

Valerie Gonzalez This was a lovely experience. It was our first time there. It’s a small business with a couple running the kitchen and orders, so best to go with some patience and time to spare. Not a problem for us. If you want something good, it takes time. We ordered three sandwiches, but be warned — one can be enough for two. I had the Otaggio on focaccia bread. It came with spicy, roasted eggplant, arugula, artichokes, Parmesan slices, sun-dried tomatoes and a bright, crunchy pesto. I really enjoyed the contrasting textures of the eggplant against the coarse pesto and the flavor combination of the tart artichoke and nuttiness of the cheese. We also had the blood orange sorbet that delivered on the burst of citrus as promised. If you have a chance to stop by, it’s definitely worth the trip (and return trip)!

J_Owens We visited The Social House twice in one day and both experiences were great! We were meeting several people there to eat prior to us all going to a show nearby. Validating parking was super easy and we got several hours for free. Due to this, we drove 1 car over to our event, so we only had to pay for 1 car to park at the event location instead of 2. We then came back to The Social House after the event to have a couple of drinks and get desert, since we had to drop our friends off at their car. Both times we had no wait and the service was excellent. The food and mixed drinks we had were very good as well. We had the Salmon Croquette Sliders and they were FANTASTIC! We also had the bison burger with regular fries. The burger was good, but the fries were very delicious. For dessert we had the Mont Blanc and it was awesome. We tried a few other dishes people at the table ordered and all of them tasted great. Would definitely recommend and next time we are in Fort Worth we will be stopping by.

JAKE TYREE Went here multiple times on my vist. The food was always right and asked for some opinions on a few soups and they just said if you dont like it we will just swap it out no problem. Staff is great and they always got the food out quick. One of the best locations I have been to.

Heather No wait, service great, delicious food, only complaint is they need to fix their lighting. The lights were strobing and as someone with a past head injury this is not good for people to sit under for any length of time.

Analisa Trujillo My husband and I Went on a Friday night around 8, so we weren’t expecting anything great or even fresh food. Our waitress was very sweet (didn’t get her name) but she recommended the Shiner holiday beer which was delicious! I ordered Pagona fish and chips and chose a side salad as a side. I mean it when I say this, it was the BEST fish and chips I’ve ever eaten and I’ve been to San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Warf -My husband got mahi mahi fish tacos and those were delicious as well. We sat outside on the dock, it was mostly empty. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s our first time here in Rockport and I wish I could go back everyday to enjoy this food again.

Justin Burger This was my first visit here and will definitely not be my last. This is by far some of the best Italian food that I have eaten in a long time. I got the lobster ravioli from a recommendation by the server, cheese sticks that were perfectly cooked, and some very tasty calamari. If you haven’t been here before, you definitely need to try it! This little hole in the wall place is a true gem.
