Chick-fil-A - (Near Cleburne, TX)

5 /5 Inner City Day Dreamer: I only eat the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Its the only thing Ive ever ordered. Somehow, (and this is not exclusive to this particular chick fil a) every time I have ordered it this year I have been handed something different. Today was one of those bad days where everything that could go wrong did, I worked a 10 shift overnight. My car overheated. Shark week started out of the blue (girls know) and of course, craving a Spicy Deluxe and finally being awake past breakfast time, I stopped by Chick Fil A.... ordered through the drive through, got home, FINALLY sat down.... and found a grilled chicken sandwich. Im convinced this is a universe thing not the stores fault. I called, and the manager answered immediately, I asked if he could just please have a hot Spicy Chicken Deluxe ready for me and he did. I made it back and was given the right sandwich. My day has finally turned around lol I appreciate the sincerity, professionalism and compassion so much. It was a bad day but its all better now.

5 /5 Cheryl Reynolds: Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. Order was up quick and brought to our table with a smile. We got a free refill on our drinks. The whole place was run very well with great heart and pride in a job well done. One of the staff walked around asking if everything was good. They appreciated the feedback om anything and everything. This was our first experience in Chick-fil-A and we know why it was so busy. Great food. Great service and wonderful atmosphere. Well worth the time and price.

1 /5 Will: They did not give me the grilled chicken in my sandwhich. No chicken at all just bread, cheese, and vegetables.Drove all the way home and was disappointed. Wouldnt refund my order over the phone.

1 /5 Ashley Mobley: Historically every Chick-fil-A is pretty good the people are nice ......not Cleburne they never get my order right ,I just got a parfait that I love so much with no strawberries ,called was told that theres a strawberry shortage. maybe mention that whenever I order it.Then was told by the manager oh well I just need to add that into training!! No its common sense if youre out of strawberries and somebody order something with strawberries say hey we dont have any strawberries would you like just blueberries! its not that hard and its not that serious its strawberries but come on staff is rude thing about it is people are still going to go cuz its Chick-fil-A but they shouldnt

1 /5 braxton carroll: The level of service and how long it takes to get simple drive-thru items at this particular location is absurd. I drive all over DFW for work and can confidently say that I avoid the Cleburne location as much as possible. It takes forever to get your food, theres never anyone proactively taking orders ahead of the speaker, sat in line for 15 mins this morning waiting... With everyone else ahead of me. Line didnt move for a full 7mins of the 15 Mins. Maybe instead of radio stations setting up tents out front, the owner could get help to train the staff to better function like every other location!!
