Mark Knox Walk in and you can expect free chips, salsa and bean dip. All the Tex mex we have had here is awesome. Friendly staff and the prices are reasonable. We eat here monthly. We love bumping into our friends here- it’s like the town staple especially after church on Sunday.

The food is rich, comforting, and full of flavor—nothing rushed, nothing generic, just genuinely excellent cooking. The service is just as memorable: warm, attentive, and welcoming, like you’ve stepped into a place that truly cares about its customers. Every dish we had was outstanding, and the portions were generous without sacrificing quality. This is the kind of restaurant you want to support and tell your friends about. A true local gem. brooke We visited here for the first time today to celebrate a family birthday, and we truly had a wonderful experience! Our server, Ella, was fantastic—she made us feel welcome right away, provided timely service, and was very attentive to our table’s requests. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Brandon, who was incredibly kind and made sure our visit exceeded our expectations. He personally welcomed us and invited us to return, which really stood out to us. Great location, great service, and a great overall experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Jerry Choate Its a chain BBQ restaurant. You know what youll get. The prices a very high for mediocre BBQ. There so many other great BBQ joints in the Houston area that Id rather spend my money. I only went here because my employer paid for lunch.

Ethan Wow. Best word to describe this place. Everything I have had here so far has been excellent. The first time in we tried the Wednesday special. It was chicken salad, pimento cheese, Greek pasta salad, and a cucumber sandwich. The cucumber sandwich was really really good. It’s simple but so effective. The chicken salad and pimento cheese had a really good flavor. We also tried a fried chicken sandwich and that was really good. Thursday we decided to come back and try the daily special and that burnt ends sandwich was super tasty. I would absolutely recommend it. We also tried a chicken caesar salad that was also really good. The coffee, tea, and desserts all sound good and the ones we tried proved that point. The ladies serving us were also really nice and upbeat. The place is bright and feels warm and welcoming. Definitely stop in if you are looking for uniqueness and someone that serves quality ingredients.

Peggy Bryant Made our first visit to Lubys new location today. The food was very good, plentiful and a good price. A LuAnn platter of chicken fried steak cost less than a hamburger meal. The service was very good. It is small, but comfortable and clean. We will definitely go again.
