The restaurant was remarkably clean, offering generous space for large groups and a private room. The food was fresh and expertly prepared to our liking, and the dessert was truly superb. The bar area and outdoor seating options accommodate a range of preferences.

We went around lunch time so there wasn’t no wait for a table.!The food took a while but was SO worth it. It was so delicious!

jorge martine This was my first time visiting Fresco, Build a Better Bowl, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. At first, I wasn’t entirely sure how the process worked, but it turned out to be similar to Chipotlejust way better. They offer a line-style setup with several pre-built bowl options, plus the ability to fully customize your own. I ordered the Fajita Bowl, and it was very, very, very good. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the portion size was surprisingly generous for the price. The ingredients were high quality, the avocado was perfect, and the sauces they offered were excellent. The customer service really stood out. The girl who helped me was super friendly and welcoming,she even greeted me with, “Welcome to your very first time!” and walked me through all my options. It made the whole experience even better. What shocked me most is that Fresco reminds me of Chipotle, but in my opinion, it’s better than Chipotle, healthier than Chipotle, and actually cheaper than Chipotle. That’s a rare combo. Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and genuinely impressive. I’m giving it a 5 out of 5. I’ll definitely be back!

Blessed Abundance We were a group of six, and every single one of us was blown away by the food. The flavors were so rich and authentic—true Italian cuisine done right. All six dishes came out perfect, and not a single bite disappointed. They also had a great wine selection, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re in Galveston and want something memorable!
