L J Conley Dont come here if you want bland food lol. They did not disappoint at all. Presentation, portions, service were all great. Took my family during the weekend so some items i was unable to enjoy due to them being on the weekdays, but shrimp & grits, selection french toast, and white fish breakfast plate were all very delicious. We also selected their passion fruit and blueberry lemonade. Both were sweet. Inside decor, very clean chill vibe with good R&B hits playing. We arrived right around 10, right before the slam so no wait for us! I would recommend their waiting area be rearranged for those to sit and wait and consider adding dark meat to their chicken and waffles menu. Our server was attentive and pleasant as well. Great place for any occasion.

J Davis Our waiter LaLa was the best. Very professional, friendly and down to earth she made our experience that much more greater. She was very attentive. Despite being busy she didn’t stay gone too long, and in very reasonable intervals asked us if we were ok and needed anything. These are things i pay attention to at every establishment i visit and she deserves this recognition for bettering my experience. Pleas recognize her. Overall the vibe was amazing. Great place, food , good music and atmosphere . We will be regulars here.

Madhumathi Reddy Monk’s Restaurant truly impressed us with their weekend buffet. The spread had a nice balance of appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and every item we tried tasted great. You can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the service was excellent — very courteous and attentive without being intrusive. The buffet was well organized and constantly replenished, which made the experience even better. A perfect spot for a relaxed and satisfying weekend buffet. Highly recommended!

Mike Dawson I just ate the best pork chop I have ever eaten. That is not an exaggeration. Better than Perrys steakhouse. The fact it was in a Styrofoam box makes it even more amazing. I have eaten from Hungry Dogs several times now I am always shocked that a little shack can produce such wonderful food. You will have to look to find these guys. But you will be glad you did.

John Marcus Little This food is amazing. The meat falls off the bones and the sides are great. The outside of the building is questionable but once you get inside you are in BBQ heaven.
