Elfrida Toska Mio Gusto Italian Cuisine has become my go-to restaurant, and it continues to impress me every time I visit. This family-owned spot has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the owners are always respectful, friendly, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated : cozy, stylish, and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable, whether you’re dining with family or enjoying a quiet meal. I ordered the salmone alla champagne, and it was exceptional , perfectly cooked and full of rich flavor. My son had a cheese pizza, and it tasted just like the authentic pizzas you’d find in Italy. And I have to mention the tiramisu . It’s the best you can find in the DFW area. It’s housemade, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable for what you receive. Mio Gusto is truly the best Italian restaurant in the area. Excellent food, wonderful service, and a welcoming atmosphere make it a place I’m always happy to return to. Highly recommended!

Stephanie Drewfs The wine and food were fantastic, and the service was very friendly and down to earth. This bistro is a neat stop if you’re wine touring through the area. I adore their collection of Nutcrackers on display. I also noticed they had some cottages to stay in if youre looking for a place for the night.

Alexa H The food is really good. Served fast and timely. We got fried calamari for appetizer, main dishes : pork and meatballs. Dessert bread pudín and coffee. They have ample selection of wines to pair your meal with. The waitress was friendly and polite. It was lil pricy but worth it.

Rickyp If you’re in the Kerrville area, then you have to eat at the Branding Iron restaurant inside the Y O Ranch Hotel. Friend of mine asked me if I’ve eaten there. We haven’t, so we drove there from Comfort. Walked in and felt like we were in a Colorado resort. The atmosphere was so beautiful, huge Christmas tree, shoulder mounts of large game, and the woodwork is amazing. Buffet style menu. Missed breakfast, so we ate the buffet. Got the salad with my favorite fresh beets on top, chicken fried steak, mash potatoes, and black eyed peas. Food was delicious and the service was great. Our waiter Ezekiel, filled our glasses continually, without asking. I suggest that you try this place out. Give it 5 stars.

Derek Amy Byers Walk up to the window and order or call and order to pick up. Friendly workers. Picnic tables to eat there and also 4 minutes from Lighthouse park that has tons of bay front picnic tables with beautiful views (Take something to sit on. Bird poop is plentiful, $5 daily entry fee). Quite a large selection of seafood and some Mexican food too. We got chicken and beef street tacos that were great and hope to go back for seafood before we leave the area.
