Rachel Gray I can’t lie…. This was the best Latin restaurant I’ve been to. Their whole theme is “fire” - hence Ember: they tie fire into everything from cocktails to side dishes, main plates & desserts! We really enjoyed the cocktails: in lieu of sleep (espresso martini), paper wisdom & midnight of technicolor. The sides we chose were to die for- morita shrimp & the crispy beef fat potato’s and our main dishes were the filet mignon & the josper 1/2 chicken and we finished with the churros and the suspiro(the most fire inspired dessert!) I highly recommend sitting at the chefs counter - you can have the chance to meet chef Adam. Along with having our wonderful waiter- Collin! He was so thoughtful with his service and making sure we had the top Choices off the menu. We owe our amazing experience to Collin, he catered the best course to our tasting! Cheers! Come here

angie The breakfast was good i went around 8am. No waiting, seating was right away. They took our order withing 5 mins. Fresh homade tortillas. I had the steak breakfast platter it was very good. They have from aguas frescas to alcoholic beverages. They have a bar, music was playing at low level. Very convinient mexican restaurant. Waitress was very nice.

jesus sanchez We went to dine in to this Cheddar since it is a relatively new location in my area and I saw a few negative reviews on it and we wanted to check it for ourselves. For my experience, everything was great. The wait time to be seated was actually less than what we were told. The waiter was very attentive and took our order pretty fast. The food did not take long and it exceeded our expectations. Overall, a great experience and definitely Ill be coming back to this location.

Beth McGilley We came here on way to Big Bend national park on Xmas eve and it was so delish we stopped for lunch on way back home on NY day! The staff couldn’t be more gracious despite the holidays on both our visits! We’ve had the tamales, pork, chicken soup and crispy chicken salad. You can’t go wrong on this menu! The mole is SUPER and rich if you like that sauce! It’s a bit out of the way-absolutely worth it!

Keri Light I picked up the honey comb covered cookies. They were amazing. Cookies were still fresh. They sat in a hot car all day and still the chocolate did not melt. Would highly suggest ordering them
