Casa Blanca Mexican Restaurant Bar & Grill - Malakoff

Carol Garza First time there. The Micheladas were icy cold and delicious. And the molcajete was fabulous. The Service was excellent. We will be back.

Caams - Stephenville

Rating: 4.7 /5
Hannah Eiland I’ve been to Caam’s three times in the past month and it’s wonderful every time! The pizzas are really good. The buffalo chicken is my favorite! I will say, it’s a bummer that they aren’t open more days of the week because I would go more often! The only negative I’ve experienced is that when it gets really busy the pizzas take a really long time to get to you. (Around 40 mins) Check the foot traffic before you go and plan accordingly!

La Sombrita Patio Cafe - Granbury

Rating: 4.6 /5
David Paul Chavez If you’d told me this little Venezuelan seafood spot in Granbury could teleport me straight to the Caribbean, I would’ve checked your temperature. But here we are: five stars for food, five stars for atmosphere, and five stars for the staff who made me feel like I’d wandered into a beachside shack somewhere along Venezuela’s coastline. I started with the ceviche, and if I’m being honest, I had to close my eyes for a moment. Suddenly I wasn’t in Texas anymore—I was sitting under a palm-frond roof, listening to waves slap the shore, wondering whether I should take a nap in a hammock or order another plate. The mixed fajitas arrived sizzling like they were auditioning for their own telenovela, and they delivered. Every bite tasted like someone had bottled Caribbean sunshine and smuggled it into the kitchen. The staff? Imagine the warmth of a Venezuelan grandmother combined with the enthusiasm of someone who knows their food is about to change your life. Super friendly, quick, and genuinely happy you’re there. If you’re craving an edible vacation—one that requires no passport, sunscreen, or awkward airport pat-downs—this is your place. Highly recommend closing your eyes between bites for the full beachfront illusion. Five stars all day.

The Water Well Cafe 361 - Victoria

Rating: 4.6 /5
Ben Hunt Small, quaint, quiet. But filled by the presence of Jesus. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Just smiles all around. After eating here twice it is going on my more frequent rotation. Food was the best kind of comfort food in my book with a little BAM pizzazz. Well worth the trip to eat and drink at The Well.
