J.R. Martinez My family and I were in midland for some shopping and store hopping. We drove past this place on our way to jumanji. So we stopped on our way back. Very glad we did. It was 230 and they closed at 3. But we did not feel rushed or hurried. Even though we were the last customers in the building. The food was delicious the child and salsa were on point. We will be going again.

Kelly Smith Stopped by for a quick snack!! Estradas did not disappoint!! We shared an order of Beef Fajita Nachos!! OMG, the flavor of the High River Angus is a must try! Home made salsa & chips hit the spot. Well definitely be back! Chips were a bit stale, but that can be fixed!!

The food was the highlight of the evening—exceptionally flavorful, fresh, and presented with a level of care that really stood out to our guests. Voluptuous Vegan Stepping into Cafe Rosé is like walking into a pink dream you didn’t know you needed. Everything—from the to-go bags to the bathrooms—is decked out in the cutest, most Instagrammable pink. I popped in for a quick break and ended up loving every second of it. The taro almond milk latte? Absolutely delicious. The fruit bowl was fresh and vibrant, and the beet hummus toast was a total flavor bomb—I might dream about it tonight. The whole place just radiates good vibes—everyone was all smiles, the staff and customers alike. They play fun, upbeat 1950s diner music, and I couldn’t help but notice people subtly moving to the beat while chatting or taking photos (and yes, there are so many photo op spots). The owner is an absolute sweetheart and total vibe, which makes the whole experience even more delightful. If you love aesthetic, charm, and a little nostalgia with your latte, Cafe Rosé is a must-visit. Already planning my next pink-filled visit!

valarie dotson I had to give a review for this restaurant. I came and decorated on 11-22-2025 for a 50th birthday party.. the customer service was extremely exceptional, they were accommodating, nice and polite as well as the valet guy. He was so helpful, and I apologize for forgetting his name. He helped bring things into the restaurant and to the car. I can’t be so thankful as far as being a vendor. The managers, the staff was over the top!!! Words can not express the gratitude that we experienced at this restaurant.. The world need more staff such as the staff at III Palms. Hats off to this restaurant again!!! Great job!!!! By the way the food was also good. I just had to express the customer service here!!!!!
