5 /5 S J: Our favorite restaurant in Bastrop. Breakfast favorites include huevos rancheros, breakfast tacos, biscuits and gravy, and the El Corral omelet. Lunch favorites include fajitas, chicken enchiladas verdes and cheese burgers. The prices are VERY reasonable. The waitresses are the best weve ever seen. Lorena and Mirna take fantastic care of you.

5 /5 Marsha Russell: Weary of the upscale, high dollar Mexican restaurants in Austin that have largely replaced the beloved TexMex standbys of years past, we drove to Bastrop on a hunt for the TexMex comfort food we craved. At El Corral Lozano, we found it! Yum! ¡La comida es muy muy rica! Everything from the chips and salsa, the cheese enchilada plate, and the fresh hot corn tortillas to the chile relleno, chicken flautas, Mexican Coke, and horchata were delicious. Our server, Lorna, was terrific, too. We will be back! Thank you for being exactly what we were looking for!

1 /5 Rachel Aldridge: I just ordered two breakfast tacos and they were potato and cheese and extra potato and extra cheese. Long story short it was Hispanic lady with a bang and curly ponytaith that took my order. She place the order and never gave my change back. Waited for about 10 minutes and then another lady came and brought my tacos and gave me 12 dollars back and charge me 8 dollars and never gave me receipt back. Treated me awful and I wont be back. Definitely over priced me and I thought they were going to keep the whole 20$.
