Angelie Macabare Love eating here, I just moved far now and cant go as often. Its always busy in the mornings and my fave is the Catfish Dinner and/or Breakfast. I like both the Breakfast and Dinner sides. Fish is so good and not ever fishy! So yum, its total comfort food spot for breakfast stuff and dinner too all day!

Lets Travel We happens to be around the area and so glad we found this place...!!! I mean if your looking for some very delicious Vietnamese cuisine I recommend this place ... Small place with BIG flavor , great customer service ... Very clean facility... The food is AMAZING!!! ... everything that came out of there kitchen just smelled wonderful... Definitely will be coming back !!!

As an Asian person who has tasted many bowls of pho in my life, I was truly amazed by how clean, honest, and beautifully balanced the flavors were. No grease, no heaviness—just pure, refreshing broth made with real care. The service was warm, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the food tasted like honesty. I own Nam Ho Sung Kimchi, and I deeply respect restaurants that cook with integrity. This place is one of the rare ones. Highly recommended. A true gem in America. Great for anyone who can’t handle greasy or heavy foods — my “class-tro people.” Truly clean and trustworthy pho.

Jason Echols Fantastic Italian surprise in small-town Texas. The food here is way better than you would ever expect from a little family spot right off the highway in Hamilton. The Alfredo sauce is rich, flavorful, and easily rivals big-city Italian restaurants, and the meatballs were tender, well-seasoned, and absolutely exceeded expectations. Portion sizes were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. The decor is pretty basic and nothing fancy, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. It feels like the kind of place you go for a great meal, not for Instagram photos. What really stands out is that it’s clearly family-run, and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Service was attentive without being pushy, and it made for a perfect stop while charging at the nearby Tesla supercharger. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re passing through Hamilton and want a surprisingly great Italian meal.

Sonia Colón No one attended the stall when I pushed the button. A worker was walking back and I asked her if it was working. She apologized and asked how long I was waiting. I told her a while and she took my order. Then it was another 10 minutes to get just 3 drinks. Not sure if they were short staffed, but thats way too long to respond and to get an order out. Is happy hour at Sonic still 2-4pm? I paid full price.

efrain guevara Truly a very good restaurant. The fajita is well seasoned. I am happy that a Mexican restaurant actually used all fajita and not fajita for tacos. No fat just meat, in my torta, quesadilla, street tacos and enchiladas. My family and I ordered all fajita plates to see if they used different types of fajita, but they didnt and all the food was delicious. It was our first time at this restaurant and it will not be our last. See you soon Taqueria Vallarta.
