El Nopal Cafe - (Near Big Spring, TX)

5 /5 Ranch Boss: I arrived at 7 AM for breakfast. Eddie is the owner and he greeted me nicely. Started my morning with a couple cups of coffee and then I ordered something that you must try! The breakfast enchilada! I added hamburger meat, cheese, side salad, extra red chili And a tortilla on the side it came with beans and potatoes. I have marked this in my favorites so I can be sure come here as I only visit one to two times a year. Fortunately, I will be here in two weeks and will be joining Eddie for breakfast again as well, thank you Eddie for a wonderful breakfast and thank your mom for cooking!

5 /5 Ann Duncan: We LOVE eating breakfast at El Nopal.. especially Huevos rancheros! Eddie and Lorena are wonderful hosts. This restaurant has been in their family for generations.

3 /5 Romario Pedraza: This place is okay might try something else next time. I asked what was the main dish to order for breakfast and they said the HUEVOS RANCHEROS. The sauce needs to be thicker its more like clear or just so thin I didnt know it had any just knew it was on there because of the little onion and bell pepper or jalapeños. We asked for bacon, but the bacon was that thick ham looking stuff sounds good but no it was more fat then meat but the meat side was to tough. Ive had it at other places and I guess its cheaper, but shouldnt go the cheaper route because it leaves a bad taste and its tough when its a little cooler. The service is great nice lady. The coffee awesome, would give it another try but this time maybe the burritos or pancakes. Just maybe try the sauce you give for the chips for the ranchero sauce, it needs to be that thick.

1 /5 Juan Rodriguez: ive been eating at el nopal for years always buying menudo every Saturdays but lately the menudo has changed if you eat inside its fresh but threw the driveway its not menudo its menudo soup its way over cooked or its menudo that has been cooked the previous weekend its trash. i gave them the chance to fix but they still give me bad menudo. Sorry el nopal im out estellas cafe here i come
