El Peñon Restaurante Salvadoreño - (Near Irving, TX)

Debbie Ewing Sept. 23rd our Supper Club dined at the Brazos Grille located at the Hilton. Our group total was 22. I called the week before to make arrangements. My contact person was Patrick and he could not have been more helpful and assuring that they would be glad to have our group dine with them and looked forward to seeing us. From the time we arrived to the time we left we were treated top notched. Our table set up was beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was cheerfully accommodating, and the chef came to our table to welcome us. If one wants a nice atmosphere to have dinner and conversation this is the place. Our group raved about the whole experience and we will be doing this again. .

David Slayback Ill be sad this place is closing. Not the best steak Ive had, but the steak frites on happy hour is worth every dollar and more. Well cooked, reasonably tender, nothing inventive but good, just a bit salty. Service is excellent as well. I hope everyone finds another opportunity

L Z Absolutely incredible. You MUST do the 2 for $179 special. We’ve been here 4x and 3x did that special… and the times we did the special were better than the time we didn’t. You get 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, a side and a dessert. The spinach and artichoke dip is an item that will seriously ruin spinach and artichoke dip for you anywhere else, because it’s not this one!! I’ve never had a SAD like this. + the naan bread is so incredibly unique and somehow fried to perfection, but still so soft at the same time. Crunchy & soft. I don’t know how they do it. Curried duck dish was a little too spicy, and the duck was a little under cooked. Aside from that dish, all of our experiences here have been incredible and we totally recommend this place!

Lauren Stroud We came last minute and exhausted from being outside in the heat all day, didnt even think to take pictures unfortunately... Didnt expect to leave a review but here I am. Great little spot! Our friend got the Mixed Caso fajitas which were awesome and the hubby and myself got enchilada plates, everything was very good! Oh, and the best part, didnt break the piggy bank, we all 3 were $40!
