Alysia Perkins Very busy on a Monday but got in without waiting. Sat at the bar, and Tony and his bar partner were great. Very welcoming. Had the beef tips well done, and they were so tender and delicious. They put the brown gravy on the side for my potatoes which was good as I forgot to tell them to. Everything was cooked well and tasty. And the rolls to start were fresh and hot. And they definitely celebrate birthdays with a bang.

Asiels Restaurant - Lake Jackson

Holly H We had a wonderful brunch experience at Asiel’s in Lake Jackson. This was our first time visiting, and from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Our waitress, Jeff Jess, was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. Since we had never been before, she took the time to give us her opinions on several menu items, which we truly appreciated and ended up loving. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes including pancakes, omelets, and classic eggs and bacon with toast, and everything was cooked perfectly. I even enjoyed a mimosa, which was a great addition to brunch. One of our favorite parts of the experience was the atmosphere and the history. Our children especially loved learning about the mammoth that was discovered in the pit that has since become the lake the restaurant overlooks. It turned our meal into a fun history lesson for them while we dined. We were extremely happy with both the service and the food and will absolutely be returning as regulars. Asiel’s is a fantastic spot for families and anyone looking for a welcoming brunch experience.

Antigua Bakery & Cafe - Harlingen

Jordan Diaz Wonderful cozy place for lunch. Staff were incredibly friendly and service was very quick. Had the gobbler sandwich and it was awesome. I had to skip the cheese and bacon for health reasons, but it was still amazing. The croissant was so soft and flaky. The minestrone soup was full of veggies and the pasta salad was one of the best Ive had. Also the carrot cake and kahlua cake were outstanding. Id recommend giving this place a try if you can.

WeekEnds BBQ and Catering - Plainview

Phil R I agree with Seths comment "some of the best in eest texas"but would include other regions of texas. Before entering, you knew it was good from the packed parking lot! Some of the best BBQ we have eaten in a very long time. We had turkey & chicken plate, and lean brisket & sausage plates. Generous helpings, all meats tasted great, and the service was friendly & fast. Great job folks!

Mark C. Been back four times just to make sure it wasnt a fluke.... This little food truck has some big flavor! The hibachi chicken and sesame chicken are my two favorites! We have started to plan our shopping trips around dinner time on the weekend just so we can grab a bite in the food truck court!
