Scott Tarwid Stopped by SmokeDaddies BBQ in Navasota and was seriously impressed. I had the brisket tacos and they were outstanding tender smoky and full of flavor. You can tell the brisket is done right. What really made the experience special was the service. The brisket egg rolls were not even on the menu. Nick the owner took the time to make them personally. That kind of off menu effort and personal touch is rare and shows how much pride they take in their food and customers. They were so good I am hoping to see them on the menu soon. The restaurant has great rustic charm and do not get confused walk straight to the back to order. It is part of the experience and fits the authentic BBQ vibe perfectly. Fantastic food great people and a place I will definitely be back to.

Amber Gabriel This is a nice little family restaurant. The interior is clean and tastefully decorated with comfortable booths and unique artwork. Though it was busy, there were plenty of available seats. Our orders were taken promptly, and the food served with almost no wait. I had the enchiladas verde with well-seasoned rice and beans. Their refried beans are made with a special red pepper paste made in-house. Everything tasted great, and the staff are polite and friendly.

Janice Lohrs It was my first visit, and I was truly captivated by the experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I absolutely loved everything about it, and the food was nothing short of delightful—each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It was a memorable outing that left me eager to return.

Jason McGee Ok, the building isnt the prettiest. And you wont be dazzling your date with the inside. HOWEVER, if you are looking for some of the best down-home cooking, you have to come here! The food is served buffet-style, but you pay by the pound. And everything we got was incredible! This is a must try for anyone! The only issue is their water has a high mineral taste, so I highly recommend ordering a drink.

Tony Kobak Completely unexpectedly wonderful. Heads up the menu is not exactly what you see. Changes by the day. All you can eat shrimp for $35 but fish and shrimp platter for $15 had more than enough to fill you up. Lemon meringue pie was delicious. Adithya m Came early in the afternoon between 10 and 11. Total was 16 bucks before tip. Though there is a small upcharge for ordering it moist, regular brisket is 2 bucks cheaper. At 16 bucks assuming you order it moist its 3 dollars cheaper than 1775 for the same portion of brisket. I came wednesday morning on a weekday and there was no wait. Im not really a barbecue connoisseur, but the brisket was good even compared to 1775 if you ask me. I guess there was less bark, but the brisket was just as tender and moist. You wont be disappointed with the moist brisket here. I wish Rudys had a smoked mac and cheese but it wasnt on the menu when I checked.
