4 /5 Eric Entin: Good Hill Country BBQ. Brisket had good bark and smoke to perfection. The sirloin was tender and flavorful. They will also cook steak to order. Great selection of drinks and sides. Try the shrimp poppers.

5 /5 Dave Evans: Hard Eight is classic Texas pit BBQ, served market style. Brisket was perfect, as was the sausage, ribs, pulled pork. Get there early...Sunday at 1p the baked potatoes were gone! Excellent, and highly recommended.

4 /5 Tamae Yui: The steak wasnt that great. There was tendon in it and I didnt enjoy it. For $38, I expect better quality.but I did like the atmosphere and the live music.

5 /5 Rachael Anderson: Im an Oregonian, and I was there visiting family and just happened to be hungry while in passing. Im so glad I was. THIS is bbq. It was unbelievable and Ive never had anything like it. Ever. If you are in the area, run dont walk, and get you some AMAZING food. The love that goes into it is evident with every single bite. If you like bbq, this is a religious experience.
