Choate Family We ordered delivery through DoorDash on 1/4/26 (a large pepperoni pizza and a large chicken caesar salad). Unfortunately, a small mistake happened during packaging and our dressing was left out. After receiving no response from the dasher, we called the store. Both the employee who answered the phone and the manager were incredibly friendly and extremely understanding - even after we mentioned that calling about salad dressing felt rather silly. Without hesitation, they offered to personally bring the dressing so we could enjoy our dinner. Less than 15 minutes later, the manager himself showed up at our door with the caesar dressing, complimentary bread knots, and a sincere apology. This level of customer service is truly outstanding and memorable. We will absolutely continue ordering from Roma’s and look forward to enjoying their service in person as well. Highly recommend!

Alicia Turner Such a chill vibe with Amazing food. I had the fish which was fried to perfection and seasoned just right. The greens and yams were on point. Somebody granny made that. Taste like home and everyone was family. The patio gets crowded but it reminds you of a kickback with a live DJ and two TVs to show your favorite game. Inside on Friday night youll find a live band as well so bring your Boo there is room to dance. I will definitely return.

All of the workers were great except for the girl who checked us out at the very end; she was rude, which was disappointing. Otherwise, it’s definitely worth stopping by. Everything we purchased had samples available and was absolutely delicious. The bathrooms were clean, and overall, the experience was really good. Great place to use the restroom and grab a snack.

Becky Sharp The staff helped make this a wonderful ending to a great birthday! The waitress, manager, and other serving staff were so kind and attentive. They provided a wonderful experience! The food was exceptional. I don’t think I’ve ever had a fresher or crisper house salad. The food was full of flavor and would almost melt in your mouth. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or quality of food and service! Our hearts and bellies went home full tonight. Thank you to the staff that served us tonight! We are truly grateful!

Jimmy Purdon The location was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated in areas of the restaurant. The food was decent but not the best Ive had, I guess I was spoiled to the original David Beards Catfish King on 155. The onion were awesome but everything else was average. We got the Cajun filets and nothing was Cajun about them. When you say cajun Im expecting some spice and a little bit of heat, but it failed to deliver on that. The servers were friendly and helpful but the food was very slow coming out, took 30 minutes to get our food.

Kevin Jones Great food and friendly team. I had the double chessburger and added bacon and that was too large a meal. Buns are soft, food is fresh and dont waste your time to go big because the single would have been enough. They need add some sports on a TV or two for weekend sports and that would have sent it over the top.
