Harrahs Bar & Grille - (Near White Deer, TX)

3 /5 Mikell A: 3 out of our 4 orders were incorrect. We asked for no tomatoes due to an allergy and were given tomatoes. Ordered boneless wings and given bone-in wings (which are 50% more expensive, which we were charged). Lettuce on our salads was brown. We were given the wrong size salad and were overcharged. This last charge was corrected when we asked. I dont think we will be returning here, nor recommending this place to friends. There were too many errors with our order for our time there to be enjoyable. They also arent serving as many choices. We were looking forward to fried okra, but its no longer on the menu.

1 /5 Bethany Beed: This place is absolutely ridiculous! At 1st they were nice and took my order, I was very specific and told them what we wanted. They repeated the order back to me and when we got it, it was still wrong. There burgers on the menu say they come with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions, then you have the option to add stuff. There was nothing on my burger expect jalapeños and i made sure to tell them everything and then added what i wanted extra. On 2 burgers this happened. And yes i was specific on what we wanted, i just think this customer service is crap.Yes I live in town but I had a friend who lives in Pampa who wanted harrahs. I spent $70 plus a tip and our food was wrong! I called to get help and they were rude. I was feeding little kids, 2 and up and no I cant take the food back 20+ mins to get a refund. My kids were hungry and they started eating. Watch your employees and make sure they are doing their job! Its not hard! When I called for a manger it was convenient that whoever deals with all of this wasnt there. Never again will I being spending my money there! Its pretty sad when they are the only ones open after 2pm in town and they just lost our business!
