poorness studios I love this place. I always sit at the bar and their staff is fantastic. I’m pretty sure Alyna, Bella, & Megan are the best bartenders in San Marcos. They offer great conversation and hospitality. Steaks are always cooked perfectly. Beers are super cold and food is always hot. I’ll be back… and soon.

Sam Warren 54th is always a solid consistent place to go get some good food. Gringo Dip with waffle fries is something you have to get when youre here. The Pastas and burgers are good as well. Cocktails if you dont drink and a good size menu likely to have something for everyone. The vibe is nice as well. Typically not a wait here unless maybe 6 or 7 on a weekend.

Audrey Berns We were enroute to Arizona and had Sunday lunch there. The staff was amazingly friendly and attentive and all of the food was so good!! The burrito received rave reviews from a sharp critic in our group. Ask for hatch chili sauce, it is perfect!! Thanks for a great meal!!

The Ministry of Truth This is one of our favorite restaurants. We’ve been there dozens of times and have never once been disappointed with our meals, it is AMAZING. Reasonable prices, hot and fresh, never have to wait long. I once wrote a critical review (which I deleted the same day) about the service needing improvement, but the last few times we’ve been service has been flawless. I am so glad about this. I almost always get the Mexican Flag, but my husband has tried many things and it’s always delicious. Pictured is the Mexican Flag and a kid’s meal cheese enchilada.

Sanil Karmacharya We had a great experience at Peak Restaurant! Although the food took a bit longer than expected, it was absolutely worth the wait. Everything we ordered was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The momo platter was the highlight — fresh, juicy, and easily the best we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty food that’s worth the patience!

Ruby Gregory We stopped for dinner as we passed through on a road trip. The Rojo enchiladas were the best I’ve ever had! The top shelf margarita was great too. The staff is so friendly and it’s very clean. I’d come back if we are ever in town again!
