5 /5 poorness studios: I love this place. I always sit at the bar and their staff is fantastic. I’m pretty sure Alyna, Bella, & Megan are the best bartenders in San Marcos. They offer great conversation and hospitality. Steaks are always cooked perfectly. Beers are super cold and food is always hot. I’ll be back… and soon.

5 /5 Susan Ronshausen: Tonight, In San Marcos, Texas, December 13, 2025, my family took me out to dinner for my 79th birthday. Our server’s name was Thomas. I must say he went beyond the call when it came to making sure my birthday was special. He catered to my every request. In addition, he was an absolute treasure to talk to. My entire family thought he was an outstanding young man. The highlight was at the end of the dinner when he brought out a divine piece of chocolate cake. The only problem was there were no candles to be found. So he lit a cigarette lighter and held it while the family sang happy birthday to me. It was priceless. 5 /5 Brian: We had such a great time stopping at the Outback in San Marcos before we went shopping. Bella and Meagan were the friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered. They spent plenty of time ensuring that we were well taken care of, and were personable beyond the average script you get at other restaurants. The drinks were amazing, and their attention was beyond comparison. The restaurant was clean, our seats were quick, and I would say this is one of the better operations in this area.

5 /5 Tina Moore: Bella is the best bartender ever!!!!! I asked is she could do a skinny margarita and she said "absolutely". Next thing I know, I look over and shes juicing the fruit on the spot for the next 10 minutes :o I was not expecting her to go out of her way for my drink. She went way far and beyond. This drink taste like Mexico! Its amazing, but dont go asking for one because Im sure not everyone will do it. Thanks Bella!!!
