KFC - (Near Levelland, TX)

2 /5 Lucretia Stephens: We had mobile order. Upon reaching attendant at drive up window we have to verify our order by stating what we ordered. They tell us to drive over to wait on other side of building for our order. This caused us to have to drive all the way around the block. Then the potato wedges were so thin closer to potato chips. There was no one in line behind us we could have just waited there! Just ridiculous!!

1 /5 Gz0ydy0yx Raotsots: Order through drive through they left so of my order out. Went back took the bag to show them with receipt. GM in back ground very rude and saying she put the fries in bag. Why would I lie about my $46 order . Go very rude with staff also. Not recommended this restaurant with that kind of service

1 /5 Tina Farias: I went to KFC tonight & was very disappointed in the food quality and service ordered 5 fill up boxes & I wanted them all extra crispy the lady on the drive-thru said theyre out of chicken I told her I would wait she said that they already turned off the fryers it was 7:05pm they close at 10pm I said its fine she was rude at the window if she doesnt like her job she needs to find her another one When I got home the size of my chicken legs were smaller than my salt shaker I didnt get a discount on my food so Id appreciate if they would give me a real normal size chicken leg not a chicken drumette, Also they forgot my cookies in my boxes So I had no dessert to eat The next time I decide I want to eat chicken I will drive to Lubbock and go to churchs chicken at least they give me full size chicken & is cheaper and the customer service is alot better. Here is picture of my chicken and my recipe. I hope the manager & District manager address the problem asap. The way the cost of everything is going up people are not going to want to eat here theyd rather choose to eat somewhere else where they get good quality food and service for the price theyre going to pay... Had my daughter pick me up a number 1 today 10/10/2023 food was old and very under size I guess it shrank do to being under heat lamp this is ridiculous come on kfc employees if you would eat it dont serve it common sense.... Keep this up and slim chicken will wipe yall out .. here ar pictures of my food today my biscuits was bigger than the thigh what a joke
