Chick-fil-A - (Near Sulphur Springs, TX)

4 /5 Arya MorningStar: Recent purchases the fries were mediocre warm, chicken sandwich was way too salty, and their current limited edition drink was bitter and overly sweetened. Edit: tried another time. The sandwiches were much better. Looking into it Chick-fil-A apparently batters their chicken in store so it can vary from whos prepping. This time the sandwich was much more enjoyable. Right balance of salt. Fry times still need to be improved as they were still luke warm which makes them harder, not as flavorful, and the oil sets in more when they sit too long. Edit: didnt get fries this time, but tried a different limited time drink which turned out way better than the other. Just the right amount of sweetness to still feel hydrating and filling after a meal ❤️ appreciate the improvements thus far so thanks for showing youre listening/reviewing customer feedback and taking it seriously.

5 /5 Matthew Ash: I love this place as a door dasher I was treated like an employee straight from Chick-fil-A. It was nice. I walked in lady could tell I wasn’t doing so well from the heat. She was very sweet. I think it was the manager. I’m not sure one of the managersand she gave me a huge drink. Made me wanna tear up because of how there are still people that care like that God bless this place and bless her.

5 /5 Stacey Hoang: This was such a lovely little place for my morning appetite, staff was super friendly and food was beyond amazing (as well as hot and flavourful!). Would highly recommend the sausage hash brown bowl. Very tidy and well-kept, would come back here again, especially with their fast service

1 /5 Ari B: A year ago I came here and this was my review…This drive thru experience isn’t like the other locations…. And I dislike when the cheese is all on the food packaging… and the fries were disgusting. Today, for some odd reason I thought it would be different considering it has been over a year. Let me tell y’all about this second time. I got a spicy cool wrap meal with the new peach shack and Bae got the chicken strip meal with the sun joy. Mind you the menu selection is not that broad so of course we both have had the menu option before… it is extremely hard for this location to get it right. We ordered via “mobile-thru” that took longer than just ordering normally… the fries were cold and very few….the wrap was not the normal portion size and funny tasting… the sunjoy was made with the wrong tea, and they included no sauce for the strips so we had to get out of our car to get sauce trying to not hold of the line and the outside attendant bringing the food wasn’t that attentive to notice us waving him down. I will end this on a good note and say that the strips were everything we expected!… nice, warm, and tasty! Do better at the location for other people because I will never spend another dollar and most of all waste any more of my time at this location.
