Food was acceptable but not quality I expect. Although the food looked nice it was missing flavor.
I’ve been here about 5 years ago and the food was really good. I read the recent reviews before I went and I saw people comment that the place wasn’t as good as it used to be, and unfortunately they are right.
I had the bento box. I was disappointed with the quality of the beef. It had a strange gritty texture.
The rest of the party said the food was just ok.
Service & Atmosphere
We arrived about 8:45 pm. They are open until 9:30. But we felt rushed the entire time. At first the server wanted us to order fast which I understood due to the time. But then they brought the check right when they served the food, which is tacky. Then by 9:25pm the workers were all lined up behind us waiting. They had already cleaned the rest of the restaurant (it’s very small). I think they should close at 9 if the staff expects to leave at 9:30pm. Therefore, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and the service was rushed.
I will not eat here again. I had 2 out of town visitors in addition to my family and this place was not impressive.
