La Carreta Mexican Restaurant - (Near Andrews, TX)

2 /5 Jacklyn Lain: We waited about 40 minutes for our food tonight (12/13/34). 2 of our 4 orders were wrong (I asked for no beans on my taco salad and half the shell was beans. Asked for plain and dry burger came loaded with veggies) The waitress was kind and friendly but seemed like they had new kitchen staff that were struggling. This was our second attempt to like this restaurant- we won’t be back.

1 /5 Travis Ealy: Went here a few weeks ago and cant get the experience out of my mind. We walked in and were immediately greeted by rolling eyes. We were seated and the waitress took our orders for drinks, and never came back. Another waitress came and took our food order and we asked where our drinks were. After about 25 minutes our food arrived. Had to remind them about our drinks again. Finally got them. I ordered the plate that had a little bit of everything, and the seasoning on the beef was very good, like an authentic Mexican flavor (my favorite), but everything else was trash. The food was cold, like it had been sitting out for 15 minutes. The waitress was very dismissive, and only the person at the register was cordial. This was the absolute worst experience at any restaurant Ive ever had. Ive never gone out of my way to dissuade people from eating somewhere, but this was just the worst place Ive ever been.

1 /5 Senny Santiago: Worst place I’ve ever been. Waitress brought out drink and never came back. Some other waitress took our food order . Food is 2/10. Lady charging did not wanted to give my receipt. . Food 2/10. Service so bad .

5 /5 Stine -: We stopped in here from out of town before a football game. Service was excellent, food was delicious. Only complaint was that taco meat was a little greasy. But they still tasted fabulous. Would definitely go back if we’re ever in Andrews again

1 /5 Christina Ramirez: Food was not good. I ordered the Carretera plate...fajitas were super dry and burned along with the veggies. Beans were dry and cold and from a can, rice was crunchy. Flauta was burned and dry. Tacos were soggy and shells were stale and not authentic GREAT glass of water...although lemon was old and dry. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! If i could post pics of the food, i would.
