Matthew Williams Cozy, cumfy, and freaking delicious. The moist fatty brisket was loaded with flavor and melted in my mouth. The ribs were candied and wonderful as well. Gabriel took care of me real good this week(2nd stop this week).

Scott Remy Our first visit here. What a wonderful place. The layout is perfect. Each booth is like a cubby hole and each one is named after a city in Mexico. Our waiiter was Russell and he was faantastic. The food came out hot and fast. I had the taco salad and it was tasty. My wife had tacos and could only eat one. There was so much food on her plate. Their flan was delicious. This is a true family run business. Rosie stopped by and was telling us how tthey got started with the restaurant. We will be back to tey more items.

Vesperam Noriega We love Barreras restaurant. The food is fresh and normally served quickly. The atmosphere is family seating, tables and booths. Our only glitch is when it is full, it can be quite loud. Most days there us no wait, or only a short wait while they clear a table. Busy days are Friday nights and Saturdays. These busy days can lead up to a 30 minute to hour wait. This just reinforces how good the food is if all the locals want to eat here. Barreras also offers call in to be picked up orders. This seems to be a popular choice as theres a steady flow of pick up orders. They have a bar in center for full drink choices, simple stool seating at the bar. They offer margaritas, draft beer and more. Menu has Tex-Mex choices and a few American items like a really good Burger! Full meal options and al a carte items available.

EMILY RIEMENSCHNEIDER First time here and definitely will be back! This is absolutely my new go to restaurant. Perfect for date night or with family! The staff was awesome, great view of the canal and great atmosphere- the food was INCREDIBLE! I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend! Also best lemon drop I’ve ever had and I’m picky!

Josh Henderson Looks and tastes like they just burnt the heck out of em, and sent it off in a mobile order. Yes, those are two separate flavors. Edit: Definitely nice charcoal flavor though. Kind of like munching on some Kingston Charcoal from Walmart.
