Margaritas - (Near Liberty Hill, TX)

3 /5 Taylor Paul: We decided to try Margaritas for the first time the other night. There were lots of kids running around the inside of the restaurant, and people walking back and forth from the bar area to the tables. We noticed that theres a set price for chips and salsa on the menu, but then they brought us out a basket not long after sitting down, so we werent sure if they were going to charge it or not (guess not but that could get confusing). I ordered the quesadilla with shredded chicken and unfortunately it was super soggy on the bottom. It was also lacking a lot of flavor, and I couldnt finish it. My husband enjoyed his burger and it was huge! I would maybe come back to try something else, but there are definitely better Mexican restaurants not far from here. Its fun that they have a playscape for the kids out front, but other then that, we werent super impressed.

5 /5 J- FIT: This restaurant is amazing! I’ve been coming here for a while now and it never disappoints. The fajitas are always hot and flavorful, the margaritas are strong, and the chips and salsa hit the spot every time. It’s a laid-back place with friendly staff that actually remember you after a few visits, which is rare these days. I’ve brought friends and family here and everyone’s walked away full and happy. If you’re looking for solid Tex-Mex in a chill atmosphere, this is one of the spots I keep coming back to.

5 /5 Dylan Gammons: Absolutely love this place. This place reminds me of home. Small town restaurant that you remember eating as a kid. A place you take for granted until you move, and then you pray you find another spot. Nothings perfect but you just love eating here and the wait staff are super nice, respectful! We had the chimichanga and love it! Will definitely come back!

5 /5 Fidelia Serina: I was very impressed with my experience at this Mexican restaurant. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, the owners warm welcome made us feel welcome. Not only did he personally recommend dishes, but he also took care to note that we were new customers and showed great care. While the kids played outside, we enjoyed fresh salsa and pico de gallo, which were unique and rich in flavor. The chicken tacos and avocado toppings paired with a large beer were a feast for the taste buds. The service is attentive, the atmosphere is cozy, and every detail shows how much the restaurant values its customers. Whether its a family dinner or a small gathering of friends, this is a great place to visit again and again. Highly recommended!

2 /5 Jenny Pfeiler: I want their two days in a row. The first night I ordered chicken tortilla soup, which I’ve never had before. Even though there were only like five tables busy in the restaurant, it took over 30 minutes for it to get our order taken. The next night because I like the soup so much, I took my husband back to try it. This is where the disaster began. First of all, it took a really long time to get our drinks placed, and we told the waitress that we were ready to take our food order and it took even longer for her to come back and take her food order. Then I ordered the tortilla soup without the guac cheese and tortilla strips. My husband ordered the beef enchiladas with Charro beans and no guac. What came out was the soup with all of the toppings, cheese, enchiladas, refried beans, and guac on his plate. We asked them to replace the items. They took the other food away, even though we asked if we could take it. They said no. Fine. Came back out and offered us a 10% discount. The service was absolutely terrible, and they even argued with us. When we first told the waitress that she got our orders wrong she was arguing with us. The table behind us agreed with us. Just beware.
