4 /5 Paul Kreuzer: I went in here to give myself a reward for all the hard work I do with my body on a weekly. As you get older you must take care of yourself. I only live minutes away from this place, so I thought I would give it a try. I didnt know what to order, but I knew I wanted to order some serious meals. So I made the decision that when I walked in, whomever was working the front would order my food. Enter "Kylie the Maitre d". She had no idea she was about to order many meals of food and it didnt matter what it was. Brisket, ribs, catfish, sausage, shrimp, ham, and all the sides that went with them, lets not forget desert, banana pudding, YUM!! Yes, it will last the weekend, but the flavors were absolutely delicious!! Kylie was a great sport about it, too. So kudos to the chefs, Kudos to The Maitre d, Kylie and believe me when I say, definitely give this place a try when youre in the area. Its worth it. Its nice to be important but its more important to be nice

5 /5 Pete Clarke: Great restaurant, bar and patio right on the water overlooking Lake Granbury! The wonderful mesquite aroma alone would be worth the visit. But with an excellent selection of delicious food and drinks, this spot is a total winner!

1 /5 Joseph Sidawi: This brisket was laid on the plate and reheated. The taste was ok. But I could not get beyond the difference in color from heat exposed to refrigerated. The portions exposed to reheating were very dry and crunchy. For anyone visiting Texas. Please do not consider this Texas BBQ.

5 /5 aric anderson: With the exception of a little slow service, we had a large group and our server appeared to have no help from her coworkers, everything else was good. The restaurant had a table ready for us, the Ambiance was nice, The View with fabulous and the lake is beautiful. You have the option of sitting outside and enjoying the lakes view if you choose. The food portions were very generous and tasty.

4 /5 Chris Heim: Walking in you can smell the mesquite filling the air and my gawd does it smell amazing. I have had bbq from every state known for it and I smoke meats on the regular myself (Charcoal and wood only) so Im a bit of a picky man when it comes to bbq. For the uninitiated this place is fantastic. For someone of my esteemed taste and character (please note this is massive sarcasm), Ill break it down barney style. Yes, this place is good. The ribs were on point and the sausage was amazing. The brisket, honestly, I was a little disappointed, great flavor but it was dry. The BBQ sauce was heavy on the ketchup and wasnt too fond of it. The fried okra was delightful and the potato salad was quite good. Coming from GA, I like my sweet tea to put me in sugar coma. And this joint just didnt have it rockin on the tea front. But to each their own. What do I know, Im just a dude eatin some good BBQ and trying to give my opinion on it. I wouldnt pass this place up and would definitely give their brisket another shot next time I roll through Granbury. Overall 7.5/10.
