Thomas Ashby Friendly service by our waiter and others. Food is always good but today was extra good. I had the Smokin Chicken Nachos that were LOADED with chicken and just the right amount of pico, cheese, n beans. The dusting of BBQ seasoning was just the right topping off.

Hokkaido Ramen and Sushi Bar - San Marcos

Diana Ds My husband and I first tried Hokkaido Ramen on our anniversary and it did not disappoint. The ramen was so delicious. Since we’ve returned with family for ramen and sushi. The service each time has been great. The restaurant is clean. When we arrived on a Sunday they were busy that tells me we’re not the only ones that think it’s good. We drive out from San Antonio just to eat at Hokkaido it’s definitely worth the drive. We will continue to come back. Definitely recommend this ramen and sushi! Honestly I don’t believe the bad reviews. I click on the review profile and all they have is 2 or 3 reviews, that tells me they only review to complain. I’m an honest reviewer I review all places with honesty you can look at my profile for proof. Hokkaido Ramen & Sushi is worth every penny!

Saul Candia This place is a great spot for breakfast if you’re looking for a Mexican experience without too much spice. The portions were reasonable, and the food was tasty without being too seasoned. The decoration and the clean were ok and the staff were very pleasant

Diego Williams Water was good, torilla soup was perfect, Chicken fried stake was chewy in alot of places like rubber and plether fur belt chewy, infinite toast was great, the gravy was bland as if water and flower was the only flavor. The fried were ok, the ranch was good. Service was nice and kept up. TAP water was 1$ (:/)

Kaci Rios The restaurant sits off of a busy highway, but on a service road, so it’s accessible. The service was quick and friendly. They speak both English and Spanish to suit your needs. Your meal starts off with chips and salsa and I ordered a small side of guacamole. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with green sauce and it came with beans and rice. I also wanted to try the Al Pastor taco and it came with cilantro, onion, and lime. Everything was fresh and delicious. Oh, and I didn’t get a picture but I ordered a watermelon Agua Fresca and it was just as tasty. Overall, this restaurant had a good family vibe and solo with TVs set up around the restaurant as well.

Brian C Weve driven by this place dozens of times while traveling between Corpus Christi and DFW. This time, we had a campsite just down the street, and decided to give it a go. Come hungry. The portions were big. My Tampaquena was cooked to perfection. My wifes Carne Asada was also perfectly cooked. Great spices. Great chips. Dangerous margaritas. The service was excellent and the food arrived fast. Well be back.
