Le K I absolutely loved my dinner here and the whole restaurant concept. I got the award winning flor de amor cocktail and was ready to give it my own award. Came on a Wednesday which happened to be oyster night and OMG the oaxacafeller oysters still make me salivate just thinking about them. I also tried the provaleta cheese dish, suya skewers, adobe snapper, Caribbean oxtails and chocolate lava cake. While the adobe snapper was just ok to me, the yucca fritter it came with was outstanding and could have been a dish on its own. The oxtails tasted of Indian influence way more than Caribbean but still got ate. Overall the good food was REALLY GOOD while the two I mentioned above were ok but by no means bad. I’ll absolutely return to try more items. Oh and my waiter Giovani was outstanding. He was on point, kind and amazing at his recommendations. We wanted help getting to Nigerian suya from Mexican oysters and he truly took us on a journey that made sense for our palates. 10/10 experience!

Jewelee Rivinius Our server Bryan was very attentive. The food is delicious! It now our new favorite steak! Way way way better than Texas Roadhouse! The manager even came out to welcome us since this was our very first visit & even gave us a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit.

andrew mozeleski This morning I had the Southwest Croissant and it was AMAZING! It’s loaded with protein (ham, bacon and eggs) with white cheddar and smashed avocado with a chipotle aioli. As always, great service, great atmosphere and great food!

Stone Skater Food was great as always. If your looking for awesome sausages or schnitzel this is you spot. Service is very attentive especially when there was two parties of 20 or more that walked in same time. Will be back again.

Adam. I was looking for a burger and a place that wasnt a circus and I found both at Blue Sky! This place was perfect for getting a good burger and a chill atmosphere! The onion rings were probably the best ive had (for real, and I dont compare onion rings!). And good sweat tea even had coconut flavor odd but good!

Emily Kearns Absolutely amazing! We are visiting Waco from Lexington,NC and wanted to go to an Italian restaurant for our wedding anniversary. From not knowing much and just reading the menu we were excited! Little did we know the experience there was going to be amazing! The staff is so quick and helpful! The food was outstanding! My husband had the tenderloin and he said it was the most tender one he has ever had! I had the Gnocchi Sorletina and added shrimp completely amazing! Several times during and when we left Massimo came by and checked on us and thanked us for coming! If this place wasn’t 18 hrs away for us we would be regulars!
