Basin RV By far one of the best pizzas had in the area. Compliments to the chef! And the bar tender was very pleasant.

Lark & Owl Booksellers - Georgetown

Lily Gill Really loved this bookstore and cafe on our drive down from Dallas to Austin. The bookstore is a lovely size with some great displays and suggestions of what to read. We shared a french press coffee (big enough for 3 or 4 people) at the cafe and enjoyed playing chess. There are a good selection of board games and comfy seats in the cafe area. The coffee is expensive, but worth it if you want to spend some time. We came with our baby and this might have been one of the most baby and kid friendly coffee shops Ive ever been too. Good spaces for kids in the bookstore. Family bathrooms with changing tables and free diapers.

Kokiri Korean Bistro - Edinburg

Fact Speaker A fairly new establishment in the area. Despite being new, it does a lot well to provide a great experience. The decor and atmosphere are Korean inspired. On one side of the restaurant there is four tvs mounted on the wall where 2 play Korean Dramas, 1 plays a live video from a part of Seoul, the capital of South Korea and 1 that plays Korean movies. On the entrance of the restaurant above the door they have a projector with a sound system that plays K-pop music videos. I’m not a fan of K-pop or heavily interested into Korean culture but if you are, this place is definitely for you. Service was quick and very friendly, they make sure to ask if you have any questions and are willing to help out on any requests. Food was excellent, appropriate flavor, spice, temperature. I never had the Rose Tteobokki but the taste was so outstanding, I’ll be using this restaurant’s version as a benchmark for comparison if I ever have it again. They also serve imported Korean drinks, definitely try out the milk and milk yogurt options. If you are ever in the area, visit this restaurant.

D Brown If you love one on one service, This is the spot. At first the menu leads you to believe this a limited menu. Once the server started clearly expressing her knowledge, her service was perfect. It was like watching a rose blossom into al-la-cart service. Full bar. With a bartender that knowns his stuff. The entrance is hidden. I secretly hope this spot stays my hidden sanctuary for myself. As for the food SPECTACULAR!!!!!!
