5 /5 G R: Amazing Experience at San Antonio Distillery We had an incredible time at this distillery in Gonzales, Texas! The rum is made in-house from just one barrel, giving it a truly unique and unforgettable taste. Rosy, the manager and bartender, was super friendly and made our visit even more special. She crafted a one-of-a-kind mojito using their Immortal 32 rum, and it was absolutely perfect! Her creativity shined when she made us a dragon fruit mojito from her own recipe – a delicious masterpiece! If youre in Gonzales, this place is a must-visit. Fantastic atmosphere, amazing drinks, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Zac Armstrong: When you walk in, you get a different vibe. The inside / bar is a neat place, but the back patio is amazing. Feels like you are in Spain or Mexico. This is a family owned and run business with everything made from scratch (tortillas, salsa, EVERYTHING). It shows. Good is so fresh and delicious. Prices are fair and we will be back for sure!

5 /5 Lena Marie Salazar: Great place!! The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! especially the Passion Fruit Daiquiri. Rosy is the manager and couldnt have been better. The waitress was very nice and happy to take a picture for us. They had indoor and outdoor seating, good music playing and their garden was blooming! So pretty.
