Edit: been a week and owner still won’t respond to my review. Goes to show their food safety standards and lack of accountability
Went here a few months ago and got some pho. Unfortunately, the employees did not take the time to wash their cilantro and I found a bug in my food. It wasn’t a roach or anything, it was one of those little bugs that eat cilantro/plants. Honest mistake, but also why you wash your produce because the stuff comes from outside and is covered in much worse than bugs. I instantly lost my appetite and did not want to eat another bite and felt disgusted I already had.
I had an online order, so I had already paid for my meal unfortunately. I tried reaching back out to the store multiple times but the employee kept telling me the owner was out and he’d call me back. I called that whole week and never once heard back from them. I lost my $15 I spent on overpriced garbage. Legit. Bugs. Straight to the garbage can it went. Never got my money back, never got an apology. And I think about it all the time I want pho cause I used to like this place but they disgusted me with how dirty and unsanitary they are and how unwilling they are to try to make things right. Do not recommend.
