Subway - (Near Henrietta, TX)

4 /5 Francisco Leung: When I walked in, there was a line almost out to the door with only one employee making sandwiches. And he wasnt in a rush. After about 5 minutes, a manager walks in and immediately greets the customers and helps out. She was great and got things moving much faster. I ordered the Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap and it was done well and tasted fine. Its tough when a business is short-staffed and its hard to hire good people, but the manager did the best she could with what she had.

1 /5 Derek Trampert: First off why is this store always out of everything when we live in a small town. Second I asked for toasted. When I got it home it wasnt remotely even toasted. Had to rip it apart to separate it. Asked for southwest Chipotle sauce and that is not what they put on it. Then when I went to pay my total was 17.51 and then it jumped to 21.01. The service and food quality at this location isnt even par its way below that. The employee that made my order acted as if I was interrupting his day. Id drive back up there to have him fix it but I just know it would be the same quality if not worse. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. Ill never return to this location nor will my family. The sandwich was disgusting!!!!!

1 /5 Cole Duke: Terrible experience. Always out of half the stuff you want if not more. Won’t take orders over the phone. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Decided to drive to Wichita. They let me call in my order over the phone. Walked in paid for it and left. Less than half the time I stood in line at Henrietta. Will go to Bowie from now on.

5 /5 Frank Wilson: I visited this location on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 05:01PM and received service from Brandon. The location was a bit "worn", ice machine not working, one bathroom, but for a tired driver, it did just fine. This review is more for the employee and the service I received. Brandon hit a HOME RUN! Polite, respectful, carried on a conversation and just made the stop a little more enjoyable. I normally am not much of a talker while traveling and in places I do not know, but this guy was a good young man. He made my sandwich the way I asked, and I had no concerns. To the manager, thanks for having a great employee working during my visit. Job well done!!!

5 /5 Tom: The gentleman on crutches did a fantastic job! The store was so clean as well as his work area. Faster than 90% of other subway employees.
