Pizza Hut - (Near Hallettsville, TX)

5 /5 L T: Excellent service by the team working 8/23 evening! Delivered in a timely man, pizza was EXCELLENT and still hot, delivery guy was so kind and efficient.

1 /5 Janice Collins: Awful experience at Drive Thru. We were totally ignored after waiting numerous minutes my husband knocked on the Drive Thru Window. There were 3 workers walking back and forth still ignoring us. The App said my order would be ready by 8:01pm and it was well over 8:20 pm. While still sitting at the drive Thru the 2 female employees walked outside to the trash bin appearing to take a smoke break. We drove around to the front to go inside,once inside I asked the male employee, “ You’ll don’t answer the DriveThru”? He shakes his head “NO”. We are elderly and disabled w medical issues. I always order on line to avoid going inside. Store will close up w that type of service. I finally received my order around 7:40 pm.. The Ultimate pizza looked like pepperoni and Italian sausage , had to look 3 times o find the other ingredients.

1 /5 Jon Lamson: We ordered 2 pizzas tonight. One was a Meat Lovers on hand-tossed and the other was a thin crust supreme. The drive thru was 5 cars deep so I walked in to pick it up. I got the supreme within 5 minutes and when they brought the second box, I took it without looking at it assuming it was the Meat Lovers. It was another supreme. Tried to call to get the problem fixed but I kept getting the answering service instead of the location. Needless to say, Ill be getting Hunt Brothers from the gas station next time. They dont know what theyre doing and theyre very disorganized at Pizza Hut.

3 /5 Verve Moxie: Clean restaurant and friendly staff, but the food was subpar. Food was fresh and out quickly, but overall flavor was lacking. We were disappointed to have paid extra for toppings but received the normal amount of toppings; totally jipped there, especially when the prices are already crazy for bread, sauce and cheese.

2 /5 Bill Taylor: Wait was longer than expected, food was well below par. Order was forgotten about on the shelf for how long I dont know. The fries in the pic of the appetizer is literally all that was received. The girl who took order was very courteous.
