1 /5 Not Today: The manager, Jessica, is horribly rude!
I ordered online and had a coupon for $5 off. It applied and my total at the end was only $1.93. I paid online and it went through. I got the confirmation email showing the total paid was $1.93 and my bank app reflected that as well. The manager said the coupon didnt apply on her side and I had to pay that amount. I explained to her that it in fact did apply because I had two forms of proof to show that it did. She kept rolling her eyes the entire time I was speaking to her and she was being extremely condescending. Anything I said, she definitely wanted to have the last word. I told her I wanted to just cancel the order and that I would be contacting corporate. She laughed and encouraged me to contact them and voluntarily told me her name. She seemed very confident when she said they wouldnt do anything about it. After reading these reviews, I see this was most definitely NOT her first time acting this way towards customers. It seems she has been doing this for years! Who knows how many other customers shes done this to that have not left a review. I told her I would not be coming back and her response while laughing was "Good, dont." Very unprofessional. Pizza Hut as a whole has lost yet another customer for good. Hopefully they do something about this manager who has been making Pizza Hut lose customers for years at this location. Its bad enough I hardly ever see people patron this establishment as it is.
