Plain & Fancy Sandwich Shoppe - (Near Sulphur Springs, TX)

Ada-Jean Moody My husband and I went in for lunch here. Ive only had their breakfast tacos (amazing btw) so this was a first for me. I ordered the lunch special (Enchilada plate on Wednesdays) and it was amazing! The texture of bothe Enchiladas was perfect and not dry as other places are. Their rice wasnt overly dry nor did it have surprising ingredients (which is a good thing). The staff was friendly, funny, fast and just wonderful! I highly recommend this amazing place

Mario Bonaccorso Okay.This is the second time I had to eat here.It is awesome. I drive thirty miles to eat here because the mexican food restaurants in our town are average. My wife had the the fajita chicken chimichanga and I had the burrito texano. The texano burrito has fajita meat, chorizo and ham and it is loaded and it is very very good. I added the fresh chopped jalapenos, which were not hot, as a matter of fact they have a great flavor. I highly recommend they give it a little bite, just enough. I will continue to come here to eat whenever I have a craving for real good mexican food. The waitstaff, when I come here is very friendly and cordial.Theyre very responsive and polite.

Jennifer Wilson They offer daily lunch specials, and they never disappoint. Good portion size and their iced tea if pretty darn good. Definitely recommend stopping in for a bite.

Jada Just wanted to compliment the service I received today, I bought a $25 gift card and some loaded fries. The man that helped me was so nice and talked to me about his favorite flavors and what food I could get if I wanted to just get something small instead. I didn’t catch his name, but he was working at 1pm on 12/10/25 and I really hope his managers can let him know that he’s doing very good.

Matthew Notley I have been frequenting this establishment since the early 2000s. I love the potatoes but wonder if they are grown next to Chernobyl as they are massive. There are a ton of selections and each of them are great flavored and will leave you feeling full. They also have bubble teas and cheese wontons. If you are looking for a full meal and want something different, you should definitely try this place out.
