1 /5 Lisa Starr: Group of 6 people, 3 couples. Restaurant was not busy. We werent acknowledged when we came in the door. First waitress didnt know what drinks they even had. We ordered appetizers that arrived quickly. Had another waitress. Food arrived in decent time but was overcooked and not great. We asked for our tickets. After more than 30 minutes, another waitress comes over and tells us their system crashed yesterday so the computer is splitting the check into quarters. We said No. She said theyd try to figure out what to do. 4 waitresses on 1 pos system couldnt figure out what to do. She calls the manager. The manager says they will try to fix it on their end. She comes back again and says it wont let her do it. We again said, No. We gave her multiple options on how to void the transaction and ring up individual orders. They could not comprehend that they werent losing money apparently. We eventually asked if there was any manager on shift. Only a kitchen manager. He came out, heard the saga and immediately said, Im giving yall a compd meal. We tried multiple times to get the girls in front to understand they could indeed fix the problem they were having and still make their money but they were very unpleasant and unskilled overall from start to finish. Service, horrendous, food, mediocre, experience, will never go back
