Kristina Riggs-Velazquez Had a wonderful breakfast here! The food was fresh, delicious, and felt truly homemade. For starters: The French toast was flavorful & fluffy and the omelet was cooked perfectly, and everything came out to our table hot and flavorful.
The HOBO sandwich with potatoes, sausage, egg & cheese. Luis said when he bit into it, he could literally feel it just crumbling in his mouth it was so good!
Anyone that knows me, knows that I do not eat meat. This can be a nightmare when trying to place an order. Because I generally have to make substitutions. However, there was no fuss made when I asked to swap out ham for spinach on my omelette! This makes this little vegetarian’s heart very happy!
For a breakfast spot that has been open for only six months; they may still be using disposable cutlery and plates, however; they are definitely on the right track to make many bellies happy in Garland!
The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience warm and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that starts your morning off right. I highly recommend Dos Huevos for an awesome breakfast!
