Restaurant at Kiepersol - (Near Tyler, TX)

Melodie It was my first time coming here to celebrate my birthday with my husband, and it was such a beautiful and well-organized restaurant. They even put glitter on the table for a birthday touch. Such a cute gesture! Our server was very kind and attentive as well. I tried the king crab for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. Next time I would ask for regular melted butter instead of the citrus sour cream, only because the citrus can overpower the natural flavor of the crab, but thats personal preference. The crab itself was perfectly cooked and sweet. My Berry Patch zero-proof mocktail was refreshing and the flavors blended perfectly. I also highly recommend the lobster bisque. It’s rich, smooth, and full of flavor. It was the perfect appetizer. For dessert, they surprised us with a complimentary baked Alaska, and we also ordered their famous carrot cake, which is huge! We ended up taking the rest home. This is the perfect special occasion dining experience!

David Wasson I posted multiple business dinners at this plan establishment and I must say year after year the same quality meals, excellent service and break cocktails. Dont skip on dessert. Salu Ronnie for being back on the grill.

Mary Chavarria Absolutely fantastic atmosphere with very welcoming crew. Enjoyed learning about how aged meat forms different flavors over time. Was a fabulous birthday eating experience with delicious food. Live 3 hours away and were already planning to come back soon.

J C First time at Town Hearth at a friends recommendation. Made reservations a few days ahead but had last minute changes due to illness. Jordan and Farrah accommodated the change with no issue. Ambiance and vibe were great. Busy but didnt seem panicked. Noisy but not too loud. Still able to carry on a conversation. Everyone seemed to be really enjoying themselves. Our server, April, welcomed us and went over the specials and provided some recommendations. Cocktails were very good. Dinner was fantastic! Spinach salad, baseball cut 12oz filet, roasted mushrooms and fried brussels sprouts all were prepared perfectly. Twelve layer red velvet cake for dessert rounded out the meal. Will definitely make this a regular stop.

Mariam Johnson My husband and I decided at 8:30 that we wanted to have a quick dinner for my birthday after kids went to sleep so we got to the restaurant around 9pm. The service was great - Greg was our waiter. And the other waited Dillon was also very pleasant. For the appetizer we ordered a foie gras which was very similar to what we’ve had in Paris. For the main course, we ordered whole bass that was off the menu and it was absolutely delicious. I read some of the other reviews as well and the pricing in my opinion was good. The service was in a timely manner as well. It’s possible we just got lucky as we arrived when everyone else was leaving, however, we eat quite late so this is not unusual for us. The drink was absolutely delicious and not watered down (as I saw other people mention). Overall, if you come on a slower day, you’ll have amazing service and delicious food!

Laura Ewing Not sure how anyone competes with these wonderful people! They have wines that are better than a lot of the California wines! And their distillery is amazing! The scenery is actually prettier than Napa Valley, which I’ve been to too many times to count! I’m just sorry we didn’t discover Kiepersol way earlier . And talk about excellent food in their restaurant and very thoughtful details in their accommodations!
