Roost - (Near New Braunfels, TX)

5 /5 Maurice Garcia: I have to say, Roost completely exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming but the real surprise came with the food. I ordered the Four Cheese Grilled Cheese and added a grilled tomato, which took the sandwich to a whole new level. The flavors blended perfectly rich, melty cheeses with that fresh, smoky tomato absolutely incredible. My wife had the Brisket Omelet, and it was just as impressive. You could taste the freshness and care in every bite. What made the experience even better was the customer service. The staff wasn’t just doing their jobs — they were genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests. Their service matched the quality of the food, which is saying a lot because the food was top-tier. It’s rare to find a place where everything hits the mark: flavor, freshness, atmosphere, and service. Roost nailed it across the board. We will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a meal that feels both comforting and elevated. An easy 5-star experience.

4 /5 Ang B: Me and my friend tried them for the first time today! (2/22/25) It was a maze trying to find them at first but we made it! We had blueberry pancakes with potatoes, eggs and sausage & French toast with potatoes, eggs and sausage and it was pretty good. The pancakes are huge and you get 3 of them which is nice! The coffee was decaf and they brewed it fresh but it had grinds in it. Overall everything was good minus they don’t come check on you or at least we didn’t get that! also I ordered food to go and good thing I always check before leaving a place it was missing the combo items. It was a quick fix. So me and another friend came in (4/25/25) for my birthday and I ordered the Brown Sugar Pecan pancakes and she ordered the chicken salad and the food was great. It was so peaceful. We had a great time.

5 /5 Steve Garcia: My wife and I absolutely love the Roost. This is the 2nd time we have breakfast there. You order at the counter and they bring you order out to your table. I had the Sr. Pancake & Egg Combo and my wife had the French Toast and Egg Combo. Both were delicious meals. I love the seasoned potatoes which turned a good meal into a great meal. Well definitely be back.

5 /5 Gabriella Ballas: The food was so good!! And the server was so kind, I saw him bring a bowl of water out for a dog that was outside. I asked for my sausage to be extra crispy and the delivered. They had salt and pepper out on every table and a bunch of butter and syrup and jellies to choose from when he brought out the pancakes!

5 /5 Julie Dickinson: Love this place. The food is fantastic! Everything is fresh and delicious. My husband got the half order of the rooster sandwich and it was amazing. I got the BLT and added turkey, and it was chock full of meat! Cant wait to come back and try their breakfast foods.
