Sara Govero Wow. Just wow. Hestia is where wood fired dreams come to life. Everything is cooked over an open flame, and the Michelin Star is fully deserved. A very elevated experience. You can taste the art in every bite. Wr started with 2 bites, the corn and husk and the crab toast. They were so cute. One bite. We then got the crudo and I loved the smokiness of this dish. The halibut was even better. It came with a pour of this green tasty sauce. Bring me 2 mesquite cakes! That wood fire process is making babies back there. Excellent!

Amy Greenslade This was our first time to eat here and we had a wonderful experience. We came for date night and got a variety of items off the menu. Each was cooked to perfect and full of flavor. Our waiter was very attentive and took great care of us. The restaurant itself was such a great atmosphere with modern finishes. The air fresher was amazing and would love to know where to buy it! We will definitely be back.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional — truly top-notch. The live music created such a warm, upscale atmosphere, and the wine selection was fantastic. Every visit felt special, and the bartender deserves a shout-out — excellent drinks, great sense of humor, and just the right personal touch that makes you want to stay all night. Mariam Johnson My husband and I decided at 8:30 that we wanted to have a quick dinner for my birthday after kids went to sleep so we got to the restaurant around 9pm. The service was great - Greg was our waiter. And the other waited Dillon was also very pleasant. For the appetizer we ordered a foie gras which was very similar to what we’ve had in Paris. For the main course, we ordered whole bass that was off the menu and it was absolutely delicious. I read some of the other reviews as well and the pricing in my opinion was good. The service was in a timely manner as well. It’s possible we just got lucky as we arrived when everyone else was leaving, however, we eat quite late so this is not unusual for us. The drink was absolutely delicious and not watered down (as I saw other people mention). Overall, if you come on a slower day, you’ll have amazing service and delicious food!

Shaira Waziullah I came to dine here on Monday night with my aunt, and we were attended by the lovely Grace. It was our first time at the restaurant, and we loved the atmosphere. The artwork aspect is a phenomenal touch. We had such a wonderful time. Grace brought us a complimentary caviar snack, and the manager Austin also offered us free champagne and took care of our desserts. My aunt doesn’t eat pork, and Grace was very mindful about respecting her dietary restriction. Nick & Sam’s definitely cares about making their customer’s experience the utmost best.
