Tonya Lowery We frequent black bear diner all over Texas. Were at the one in Fort Worth most of the time. But when we came to the Beaumont location., we had Tristin as our server and she was phenomenal, the food was delicious. The Caesar salad dressing and croutons were the best Ive ever eaten And to be honest, if it was not so freezing cold in the restaurant we probably would have stayed longer for my husband to have desert! But unfortunately, corporate controls their thermostats, and they could not turn the temperature up at all. It was a cool 60°. If not colder. ♥️ Thank you Tristin!

Gina Villarreal I can’t brag about this place enough! I don’t know which was better-the food or the service. They were both excellent! From the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. Eric in particular was incredibly superb. Definitely try the margaritas! The spaghetti as amazing. Five stars for sure!

Jerimiah Ditch This places atmosphere and vibe were awesome and while that may not be true for everyone its nonetheless a great burger joint no question. The burgers were excellent!!! Great char on the outside but still juicy on the inside. They were delicious and MASSIVE. The fries were some of the best Ive had anywhere and the onion rings were top-notch as well. The staff was friendly and our order was up hot and fresh in a hurry. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend! Thank yall for a great experience...well be back!

Gwendolyn Oyewole We had the most fabulous night here at Fish City Grill! The food was outstanding and I would highly recommend visiting. But the service put it over the TOP. Our waiter, Nevels, gave us great recommendations and suggested some of his favorite dishes. While there were only 2 of us so I g we ordered FOUR full meals and I don’t regret a single bite. But he did tell us you have to know how to order. For instance, for extra flavor, request blackened on your grilled items. We had the Omega Bowl, the Lobster and Shrimp Grilled cheese sandwich,, Blackened Trout and the Texas Red Fish. Thank you Nevels!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Rana Miller We stopped here for a late lunch last week and we absolutely loved everything about Ketzler’s Schnitzel Haus. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Our server Elena was fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I enjoyed the giant pretzel with mustard, together with Pilsner beer on tap, and my husband really liked the Wiener Schnitzel. I would recommend trying their red cabbage side, it’s really delicious. The potatoes (fried and patty) were also fresh and very delicious. This was a great experience, highly recommended for all kinds of groups, from couples’ dates to family and big parties. They’re very accommodating.

Tom Brimer Six of us enjoyed a fabulous dinner with great food and large portions. We had the turkey sandwich, fish sandwich, turkey burger, BLT, and two children chicken fingers along with fries, onion rings, and sweet potato fries. All were excellent. All of us left full and satisfied. The service was great and the food came out very quick.
