5 /5 Makenna Reece: My friends and I went to this restaurant for a birthday and Crystal was so genuine and so kind to us. I cannot voice this enough that she made our nights and made this review 5 stars. The food was great! The only thing I will say is I wish they had music playing so it wasn’t just me and my friends talking lol. Overall it was a great experience and definitely ask for Crystal if you ever decide to dine there! Thank you so much for making our nights Crystal, we definitely will be back!!

5 /5 Cristie Jacks: This was our first visit and we will be back. We had the salad and Miso Soup to start off with. The Miso Soup was delicious even the kiddos loved it. The salad dressing that was on the salad wasnt to our liking but overall good. We ordered the Shrimp Bento Box and the food was nice and hot and tasty. Everything was so fresh and wonderful tasting food. Our Server was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything needed. Restaurant has a great atmosphere for single copies or families with children. I highly recommend.

1 /5 Rayleigh Arnold: Terrible experience. Our server wasn’t attentive at all, she came to our table about 3 times. started off with her taking away my friend miso soup while she was eating it. Then we got our food and my friend’s chicken was just awful, tasted old and felt like plastic. My fried rice was fine, but her’s was dry. The avocado in her sushi was brown and the salmon that was supposed to be cooked was raw. We then waited for our server to come back to the table to ask for management and for to-go boxes, but instead she was on her phone at the bar. When she finally came over I asked for a manager and she said she didn’t have one, when I asked again she brought over another woman. We explained our issues and her excuse to the chicken and rice being dry was that it’s “made fast” which is a horrible excuse. Overall very bad and wouldn’t recommend.

1 /5 Fredy Torres: I can’t say for sure if the food is good, but I can tell you that the slow service is absolutely terrible! I placed a pick-up order for as soon as possible, i waited 15 minutes before I driving to the restaurant to make sure food was ready when I showed up. When I arrived, I had to wait another 30 minutes before I was told that my order was still not ready! This is absolutely ridiculous! It’s the first and last time I’ll ever order from this Sakura. Not only is there no sense of urgency for the food, but the gentleman at the front seemed to not even care or apologize for the long wait. He just rolled his eyes and said, “15 more minutes!” That would have been a whole hour from the time I placed my order, unacceptable l!! I ended up telling him to cancel my order and I walked out. Just can’t support a business who treats customers this way!

1 /5 Skip Dougherty: Will never frequent this restaurant again. While I’ve been here been here many time without any issues, this time it was a mess. First off the waitstaff stood literary 10 feet away from the table and seemed to have some aversion to our party of 5 people. But everything seems to be OK, until the food came. No chopsticks, had to ask, no big deal. Then no bowls/cups for soy sauce and no dipping sauces for the Bento Boxes. Salad was a soupy mess, miso soup was horrible as well. After I did receive my Bento box and still didn’t get any soufflé cup or any dipping sauces I asked where my Dragon Roll was that I ordered. Wait staff proceeded back to the sushi station to come back and reply, “it’s on her plate, (my wife’s), and it looks like she ate it already.” I asked why my sushi would be on my wife’s plate and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I guess ultimately we did receive the food we ordered, but never served to the proper person. Never going back.
